We ship on working days between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of placement. Delivery time is 12 to 15 days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends.
Please make sure all shipping information is correct. If information is incorrect and/or missing, you may be asked to contact us to update delivery details, which may result in delays in delivery of your order. Customs clearance may also cause delays.
Your order will be delivered to you by your local postal agent.
Please enter your address completely, otherwise we will unfortunately return the package you sent to us.
How do I order?
Shopping at Discount shopping mall is very convenient. Please follow these steps:
1. Select the category you want (such as new arrivals, recent sales, summer sales, etc.) and the product type you want (decorations, kitchen supplies, clothes, bags, toys, etc.).
2. View the product you are interested in and click on the image to see all the details. Additionally, on the product page you will find a table with dimensions in centimeters, available colors, material details and corresponding prices.
3. After selecting the correct color and size, add the desired product to your shopping cart. From here you can continue shopping or proceed to the ordering process (checkout).
4. Select a payment method.
5. Confirm the order.
Shortly after your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation message. Please also check your spam folder.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $50. Estimated delivery time is 12-15 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Shipping on all orders is $5.99. Estimated delivery time is 12-15 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Shipping on all orders is $8.99. Estimated delivery time is 8-12 business days.
- VIP exclusive shipping: Shipping on all orders is $12.99. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Discount shopping mall is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
- Discount shopping mall is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

When will out-of-stock products be available?
If a product is out of stock, we will attempt to contact the supplier to resolve the issue. If the product can no longer be listed, it will be removed from the online store.
Will I get the same product as in the photo?
Yes, except for handmade items, there may be slight differences in the final product.
How do I make sure I have placed my order?

Can I remove products from my shopping cart?
Yes. You can delete any product you added to your cart as long as you haven't completed your order.
